We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any far more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large quantity of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
